Longterm effects of Inderal LA

I have been taking Inderal LA everyday for about two weeks to help with my anxiety. I am 20 years old and so I am concerned whether or not I should be taking medications that affect my heart and blood pressure. Does anyone know if inderal can damage or negatively affect your heart at all especially over long periods of time and when you are young?
