I might not be asking the question the right way so here is a little history. I was taking Paxil 60 mg. x1 per day for 3 weeks for depression and anxiety and it was great except that I was a little too mellow/apathetic and wasn't doing a good job at work. That concerned me so I asked pdoc to switch me to Effexor as he had initially offered it to me when I asked to be treated for my ADHD, Dep, & Anxiety. Effexor helps a lot with the ADHD as well as the D & A. Instead I got Pristiq and the anxiety and a couple of other things are returning and it feels like I need some of the Paxil and some of whatever is in Effexor. I doubt this is making sense but if anyone wants to take a stab at it, please let me know your thoughts.
