Tittrating up to 400mg and hitting that ceiling. The first 3 weeks always flips me out and i get hypomaniac, paranoid, etc. Luckily my doc had the good sense to listen to me when i said 20mg of valium daily was needed for this so hopefully this wont be so bad.

I assume you have been on that dose before? Did you go up that quickly as well? Why so fast?
And personl question as I am titrating Lamictal as well (much slower than you are), what happens at 400?
