I am using Cymbalta plus abilify, but my libido is very low.
Which of the drugs pramipexole or ropirinole could help me in this issue. Or maybe Something else.

Of the two, probably pramipexole.
A common option is wellbutrin which sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. A lot of people at other forums do find cymbalta+wellbutrin a good combo.
Probably a bit tricky and unknown, but there are herbs. Tonquat Ali and Horny Goat Weed being the most potent, but there are others. No one really knows how they work. I wouldn't think mixing them with an antidepressant would be much of a worry, but an antipsychotic causes some hesitation. I do not expect you will try these. But if you do, stay away from Yohimbe. Dangerous with meds, even by itself. The others, do 1/4 of the dose on the bottle at most.
Pramipexole or Wellbutrin make sense. Another might be Remeron. It blocks the receptors involved with sexual problems. As with anything else, it sometimes helps and sometimes doesn't.

I took Pramipexole with excellent results bout four years ago when it first came out. Generally I have a very high tolerance to alls meds and other substances. I built up over a period of around three weeks to 6mg a day, which I believe is the maxium dosage recommended, so that would be 2 1/2 of the highest dose tablets, three times a day. Morning, afternoon, and before bed.

Well, I used pramipexole for 10 days at 1.5mg/day.
I felt no effect. So I changed to ropirinole(very much cheaper here in Brazil). I am on day 4 taking 2mg/day. Is this dosage enough?My other doubt is, as I am diagnosticated as having esquizoaffective disorder and I use Aripiprazol to it, could dopamine agonists antagonisate the antipsichotics effects?

I dont know if ropinirole is working. How much time till it begins to work?
