oh one more question?? can i safely take a .5mg xanax at the same time i've taken a img klonopin?

i didnt ask the doc just felt i needed an extra boost to get through an anxious day and i thought i had read on here that some are on klonopin daily and also take an occasional xanax if the klonopin isnt quite cutting it?
maybe this is a bad idea?
