Dude, check again. It probably reads Mylan. It's generic Xanax.

Alprazolam 1mg (generic for Xanax) by MYLAN
Imprint MYLAN A1 , blue, round, scored
There is an image at mylan.com if you want to match it up
Info at http://alprazolam.drugs.com/

You should talk to your sister. Going through her stuff is just wrong.

Yes, she can get high on it ... well mellow actually. People do abuse this med. But the fact that she has a lot of them is a good sign.

What are you doing in your sister's dresser?

If it says MYLAN A 1, it's alprazolam 1 mg.

I doubt she gets high on them.

I see you're new to babble. I'd like to welcome you and know that a lot of smart folks are here to help. So far two have. Good luck. Did you ask your sister about the meds? Phillipa

If it is generic Xanax (I'm not sure, but I do take Xanax), she doesn't get high. At most she gets really mellow. It makes me feel just no desire to move when I take it. I usually take it for anxiety, to help me sleep. I would imagine your sister does too, but why not ask her?

Please don't post anything that could lead others to feel accused.

But please don't take this personally, either, this doesn't mean I don't like you or think you're a bad person.

I encourage anyone who has questions about this or about posting policies in general, or is interested in alternative ways of expressing themselves, to see the FAQ:

http://www.dr-bob.org/babble/faq.html#civil
http://www.dr-bob.org/babble/faq.html#enforce

Follow-ups regarding these issues should be redirected to Psycho-Babble Administration. They, as well as replies to the above post, should of course themselves be civil.

Thanks,

Bob

If they are in a little bag, she is buying them off the street. I am not trying to be offensive, but those are the facts.

I hope everything turns out okay.

Will all due respect Dr. Bob going through someone else belongings is not appropriate behaviour. You can block me if you want, but I am sticking to my guns on this one.

Sometimes I think you just look for things to pick on in posts that are written by certain people. Others can say whatever they want and not get a PBC.
