Yesterday I went snow shoeing and climbed a mountain. Today my muscles ache. But that's not the point. The point is I took an Adderall because I had no energy. That damn med gave me the worst headache. I don't understand. I was taking that med just two months ago and my system could handle it. How could my body change that much.
It's weird. I'm confused.

I don't know Maxime..happens to me all the time..what worked before doesn't the next time..you climbed a mountain! Way to go..

Actually I went snow shoeing up a mountain - extreme snow shoeing! Beautiful!
What seems to be happening with and meds is that meds that had no side effects are unbearable if I try them again. It's just so odd.

Um, thanks Phillipa. But in reality things are very bad for me. I forced myself out yesterday ... oh wait it's Monday now, okay the day before yesterday.
On Wednesday I took an OD of pills again. I am probably ruining my liver. I just wanted to die.
That's how I feel now. I want to die. I truly do. I now it's permanent and that's what I want.

Please stop taking meds that you used to take, but are no longer supposed to be taking. It isn't good for you. And PLEASE be honest and tell your pdoc what you have done.

I have since taken all my extra meds to the pharmacy for safe disposal.
I will tell my psychiatrist everything. Promise.

Its happened to me mainly with stimulants. I used to take lots of cocaine, MDMA, amphetamine & always caffein. I feel the latter 2 created the worse problems, with caffein being THE worst.I mean I used to take **** loads of them all and just keep going - for 4 years. But know that I stay clear from all stimulants, even chocolate, I cannot even tolerate a simple cup of tea. Oh at first I get a buz for 36+ hrs, sleep AND wake up feeling active (yeh, just from one average cup of tea) but eventually I plummet subzero by the next day.
I also had similar with SSRIs. After a couple of years of contuous use each new SSRI I tried next made me feel worst than the last, even when returning to some of them.I mean the body/brain can do much more clever things then let you know when somethings not good for you. I think of it as the body's attempts to communicate with the psyche, especially when brain power isn't at it's peak. Maybe sometimes vice versa.

Day 2 of 100 mg of Wellbutrin SR and no hallucinations. That's a good sign. The hallucinations used to start after only a couple of doses.

Glad to hear the Wellbutrin is going OK. I'm sure the Seroquel would help to prevent any psychotic reaction, etc. As you know, it may take a while for the wellbutrin to kick in. Stick with it and I hope it does the trick. In the meantime, keep us updated.

Suicide. Suicide. Suicide. I can't get it off my mind. Today I waited in a Metro station trying to decide if I should jump or not. I was there at least an hour. I finally decided that it would too messy and I left.
Now it's almost 9 pm and I am still thinking of ways to end it.
I can't live like this much longer. I can't.

I hate to say this, but the Wellbutrin could be making things worse. I had a rough time switching from a tricyclic to Wellbutrin. The Wellbutrin was a good drug for me, but the first few days were very rough and I would have been safer in a hospital.

You can still go and check in the hospital for a few days or a week to make the med change safer.
