Anyone on this? I am on this anti-obesity drug "off label" as an antidepressant.

> LoisThat's Tenuate and is a precursor to Wellbutrin and possibly is stronger or less targeted, I don't know. It hasn't been used as a diet drug for years. Curious it is still prescribed by some doctors.

It seems to be gentler than Wellbutrin and works better. I don't know why this older drug works better for me and a few of her other patients, but I'm glad it does.

I think it works best taken with another antidepressant like an SSRI. I take it with Cymbalta.
