I took Nardil over the summer at 45mg for anxiety and depression. It seemed to be working so well that I started taking it at 15. Then some life stressors smacked me, and I had a relapse. I have been back at 45 for five weeks, felt no response. Been on 60 for two days. No relief from anxiety and worries. Im 37, 6-3 and 205 lbs.
What dose finally worked for you? How long did it take?

When I had to go off Nardil and start it again, I found that I had to be at 90 MG for 2 weeks or so instead of the 75 MG that I took the first time to get the benefit I had before.
Give it a little time at 60 MG and if you have to, go up to 75 MG.I was freaking out just like I assume you probably are right now when my old dose wasn't helping like it used to. But that great feeling Nardil gives when it's working will return.
