This is what I am taking currently. It works very well. It kind of feels like a cleaner TCA.
The cyproheptadine clears up certain side effects like sexual side effects.
I am hoping the 5-ht2a/c blockade will also help executive function.

Interesting link. Don't you get sleepy and hungry from this combo?
I think I would like to try Cyproheptadine for sleep though.

Since the Periactin is an antiserotinergic agent, wouldn't that cancel the action of the Effexor? I've taken Periactin for sexual side effects, but only on an as-needed basis for just that reason.
For what it's worth, it successfully countered the sexual side effects for me.

On as needed basis would be okay I'd think and effexor is also norepenephrine. Worth a good try so glad to see you're on a combo you like. Phillipa
