Has anyone ever had this? Some days, I start urinating huge amounts of clear urine. No Coffee, Soda, Caffeine, or large amounts of water intake prior to this. I happens when my anxiety is so heightened. I'm not diabetic and blood sugars have been fine. All of my bloodwork is normal. I know it's the anxiety...I'm talking about maybe 200-300cc of urine every 10 min. and maybe up to 10-12 bouts when this occurs.

I go through periods of excessive urination and it seems to be linked to my mood/anxiety and sleep. The chronic fatigue/fibromyalgia people have been saying a similar thing for years - their urine output increases dramatically during flare-ups, to the point of interfering with sleep. There are a whole load of hormones that control urine production and concentration, and some of them are known to have knock-on effects on mood I think.

I usually pee a lot after sleeping can't relax anymore. Always been that way. Phillipa

Gary had a long ride to the docs today was thinking of you yes truly was and I thought wait a minute when I was in my 20's same thing happened to me so they tested me for cushings disease as I peed so much . They decided in my case it was due to drinking a lot of water. I'd get that checked out . Maybe a google of cushing's first to see if anymore applies. Phillipa

Gary was definitely wrong but look into prostrate and urinary infections seem the most likely. Boy that doc did a number on me. Phillipa
