Hi Guys,
I am starting the 9mg Emsam patch tomorrow. I have the hand out from Emsam regarding the diet but it doesn't explain a lot. What cheeses are aged? What meats are aged? Can I have coldcuts? Please expain the diet to me or guide me where I can learn more. Thanks for your help!!!!

There's info in this article about the dietary restrictions.
Aged cheeses are those with a bitter or strong flavor like everything except cottage, cream, and american to be safe. Mozzarella too is safe in moderation.

Meats to stay away from are many sausages and liver. Most other meats are OK even cold cuts unless this article says otherwise.
