Posted by rjlockhart on February 11, 2007, at 20:47:52

Well I have heard the "king" of nardil talk about it here.

What is, what is so fatastic about it? Does it make you manic, or just in a extremely good mood.

Obviously i saw ace was at a cafe. Can you not have caffine with Nardil?

Oh, hold on is it just a incredible mood elevator?

Or just stablizing.

What about V.S Dexedrine?

It makes me feel an extremely (healthy) euphoria.
It makes me enjoy every aspect of life- washing clothes, doing cleaning, studying, music, anything and everything

Nardil makes you see the good in everything, which i believe is a very big key to mental health and happiness

that sounds good for me, now all i need to do is get off Prozac, ask dr about something else, but an MAOI is usally the last thing they would prescibe.

I do take Xanax 2mg X 3 daily if needed. But thats because i have had many out of body experiences, panic attacks, going insane. Xanax really puts it in its place.

Dextroamphetamine is known for mood lifting effects, but your saying that nardil is this great? mmmm

This is going to be on my mind for a while.

Wait i have been really manic on Prozac at night mostly.

What is nardil deal with serotonin? or dopamine?

I rerember on Dexedrine i could do many tasks and be focused, good mood, confident.

This is curious for me.

Im loooking it up on the net.

Yes it's an MAOI has anti anxiety properties as well as antidepressant. Love Phillipa ps there are dietary restrictions.

Tried Nardil for 1 week, got some hypotension after a few days, on about day 7 started experiencing some agitation. Would this agitation have subsided given more time? I am pondering on trying this again. I have read all of the posts, and it sounds like it really can help. Do most of the side effects go away and usually how long does it take? Thanks.

Almsot any antidepressant will initially give you some agitation in the beginning. It's the increased amount of neurotransmitters in the synapse. Have to hang in there 2-3 weeks and than see how things are going.
