I'm on day 4 of trying Picamilon which has done wonders for my anxiety and depression....it's been the only thing to have a significant impact...but I'm having fairly severe stomach upset. Anyone else experience this? Is there anything similar or comperable that I might try instead?

Phenibutt and Picamilion are two gaba supplmental med like substances,the line thins,picmilion if i remember right is the binding of niacin and gaba,phenibutt im not sure of its pharmocology but if you found picamilion helpful there is a very good chance you might find phenibutt the same if not more.
Last,in a much much weaker sense,there is l-theanine which is also a substance,like picamilion which raises gaba.L- theanine is a loved or hated product,most people love it,or find it useless,but its a lot more readly available than picamilion.
