How do you tell the difference between racing thoughts and anxiety. I stay at home and don't work so I'm in my head all day and the talking never stops its like this incessant chatter that won't go away. sometimes its a conversation that repeats over and over agian. mostly its thoughts about my mental illness and how to fix it, but sometimes they are completely random. Just wondering if anyone else has experience this
