Yes, i am paranoid.

I cant say who is monitering me.

I feel trapped, isolated, but you know what, its not going to be that way. Dispair right now, i need to get out of this.

Im going to change. I know it.

I wonder if your "overloaded" is my "overwhelmed". The feeling that everything is out of control or out of my control and I don't know what to do about it. I always forget that it is a feeling and that it will pass (eventually, and not quick enough).

Please hang in there...

I too feel as if I am being psychoanalyzed by peope I meet. I feel like I have an aura of problems that stand out. It is sometimes difficult to look people in the eye or hold a conversation without being afraid that my personality will be judged based on what I say. That is partly why I prefer social settings involving alcohol. "Liquid Courage," ya know.

Do I look to you like a paranoid, edgy, uncomfortable person with a history of drug/alcohol and other addictions that may have impaired my persective?

Oath: Help each other without judging anything anyone says here. ...even if something gets me triggered.

i have a terrible time talking to people and looking in their eyes. i don't know why but i can't seem to do it, it's almost like it 'hurts'. not sure how else to explain it.
i TOTALLY agree about the alcohol social settings...liquid courage is the best.
