Has anyone had these symptoms on wellbrutrin xl but not on wellbutrin sr? River.
My back spasms unpredictably. I read elsewhere that some people are having this problem with 'xl.' Any comments?

Hmmmmm...now that you mention it, my leg would spasm in the middle of the night on 300 mg Wellbutrin-ever try to get up and jump around on one leg when you are 90% asleep? I would also be yelling, "ouch, ouch, ..." My cat and wife would sleep through it...

Well, it is stimulating, so it can increase muscle tension.
