Hi all!
I had a four weeks trial with nardil from 45mg to 60mg.
I started fast from inital 30mg to up 45mg during a week. In approx. 1.5 weeks I experienced antidepressent effects. It seems to that it can work well for anxiety, panic too.
I eat almost everything except old cheese, beans...other things I eat very little, no problems with wine, normal cheese and some other things of the list measured by blood pressure (resistance).
The most prominent sideeffect seems to be ejac. delay. Some reduced libido. But no weight gain.
I am now drugfree since 2.5 weeks. I had no problems to stop it. Measured by the most prominent sideeffect phenelzine has influence in your system even after 2.5 weeks (!)
I am pretty sure that phenelzine has effects not only in frontal lobe and the rest of the telencephalon. It seems to have effects in the basal ganglions somehow (by a metabolite written in one study).
Recently I took vaccination for Hepatitis A, B, D
Polio-, Diptheria- and Tetanusvirus. I seem to have something like the flu; weakness, muscle trembling of arms when kneeling on my hands and give some pounds of weight, sometimes twiching fingers, foots, arms or legs. When I tried to sleep last night I was tired. But just when I felt asleep and I was shortly away I always strongly, fastly and immediatly awoke up. Something like my brain (which was no more controlled by my awareness) did not want to reach the following sleep stadium. As I remember I have never experienced something like that and but I dont think its the phenelzine stopped 2.5 weeks before. After checking sideeffects of the vaccinations I read that you can even have seizures and many other things.sdb

at the moment yes. But I feel pretty bad. I think its because of these vaccines I took. When I was a child I almost developped the measles because of the vaccine, it think my immunsystem is reacting strong to vaccines. Just after christmas past a 3.5 hours trip trough the -6 degree cold forest I felt bader and bader, I have some twiches of muscles now above all when I try to sleep. In the evening I felt a minor fever. After checking the sideeffects of the vaccine it was written that you can even have seizures. I dont like viruses. I know too many cases of bad reactions to these substances. Take care of viruses.I hope you are doing well.
