Apparently, serotonin is causing bladder problems for me - urgency, frequency, pain. I don't have an infection and my thyroid is fine.
My meds are:
200Sr Wellbutrin
75mg Effexor (I think the problem)
50mg Trazodone (possibly another problem med)
1mg KlonopinDo I have to stop taking all ADs? Or do I just cut out the Trazodone and Effexor?
Help! Pain!

I believe amitriptyline is indicated for interstitial cystitis. It is also one of the most analgesic of AD's.
Nortriptyline is a derivative of amitriptyline that generally has fewer s/e. But you might need a higher dose to use it for sedation purposes (which you are likely using the trazodone for). Nortriptyline would be more of a substitute for wellbutrin or effexor than trazodone, which is probably not what you are looking for.
It is probably the Effexor that is causing the problem. A low dose of amitriptyline (10 mg or so) could be a viable substitute for trazodone as it will help you sleep. Since Effexor is likely alleviating your depression, I would not try to cut it out; but swapping trazodone for low-dose amitrip might be a good idea to bring up to your pdoc.
