First i dont know if this was answered,but i know someone asked about plasmin plus.The product itself has nothing to do with the big picture,its the capsules,plasmin plus are one of the few capsules that are encentric coated,so all plasmin plus was doing was providing the capsules,the product was emptied,and crushed nardil put in.
Now why is this done,well nardil was reformulated a few years,many many veteran users believe the product is totaly inferior now.There are veteran users who went as far as getting off it after being on it years and years simply because the NEW REFORMLATED nardil did not provide the relieaf the old version did.
It has to do with what the pill is made of,and from that how it is absorbed.I cant get technical on it,but i know many can,micheal bell for example.
Anyway the older version resembled the parnate tab,slippery like an m&m.
Recently hopes were high as pzifer handed over the manf. of the drug to someone else,UNFORTANTLY
its been discovered nothing will change.The hope was this new company would go back to the old nardil.I myself am gonna go on it,i mean parnate is starting to really p--- me off.Im just saddened that ill never get to try the nardil i read about which was reffered to as THE GOLD STANDERD.
I know this info here is not new to many,but i figureed with so much talk of nardil it might be relavent

Hi Wylee.
Do you know of any reason why the difference in bioavailability between the two formulations cannot be adjusted for by increasing the dosage taken?

Thats exactly whats happening.People normaly conent on 45 mg are well going over 90.They say thought this higer dosage brings about more side effects,as well as still even so its not the same nardil they once cherished.There is a nardil group,constantly on this subject,this is the url....

There is even a liquid concentration home made version that works well how it takes a bit of chemistry know how,they speak on it there to,i recomend browsing the site.

They seem like a vibrant lot over at anxiety help. Michael Bell wrote about Acacia and Kaolin, which works as a binding agent, I'm assuming, to keep the phenelzine together longer until it hits the small intestine. But it can't work this way with the liquid. In which case why can't you chew the tablets and dissolve them under your tongue? I'm missing something here.

No you would have to find the actual thread of the liquid.Its created from scratch and doesent involve the pills,instead the chemical itself,its not a very simple synthesis it would take some doing and chem know how.The other option is using the capsules from plasmin plus.Myself when i start nardil im just gonna take it,i have ritalin to handle any depression if it should surface at the start.Im starting to actualy hate parnate,the sight of the pills

What I don't get here is, with all of this talk about excipients and whatnot, that they claim the best results with some home-made "liquid elixir".

Taking phenelzine with bioperine (piperine) 10mg seems to enhance bioavailability and effect.
