withdrawal from Lexapro

Posted by mawmawwattie on September 1, 2005, at 13:04:43

I was on Lexapro 10mg for over a year and never felt quite normal on it the whole time, loss of energy, memory loss and headaches and bladder and digestive problems. I started tapering off and now haven't taken Lexapro in about two weeks and the side effects are terrible. Headaches behind my eyes ,neck pain nausea electric shock feelings in legs and arms, memory loss. Lexapro is very misleading and should be taken off the market. Dr should investigate meds more before prescribing. I have look on the Internet and there are hundreds of people who feel like I do and are experiencing bad side effects. These side effects are not mention on Lexapro's web site. Drug company only wants to make sales $$$$. If anybody has any suggestions to help with withdrawal, please HELP!!! Please do not take these kind of drugs
