Up, down, all around

I went back on the Welbutrin. I feel better. But I'm not sleeping the past two night. Thursday was better, Friday was pretty good, Saturday was great and today was OK. I can *feel* myself sliding though, I've fought back all day. Talking to myself "no, no, NO!" ...could be about last night and no sleep, but how do I know? How do you know if you are rapid cycling or just still fragile and easily triggered?

*sigh*

lack of sleep *makes* me fragile and easily triggered...

really. tiredness. hunger. period. those things really impact on my mood. crying spells etc.

i hope you manage to get some sleep tonight.
i hope you wake up feeling well rested and a lot better.

Daisy -

I don't know from first hand experience, but it may just take a week or so for the medication to "settle" into your system. At least for the most part (overall) you are feeling slightly better.

It's so frustrating when you can't fall asleep either though you are tired. I hate nights like that. Maybe your lack of sleep is a bad combination of meds + current mental state (whatever it may be).

Thinking of you,
