Wellbutrin SSRI - seizure risk?

I am looking for something to add to my Wellbutrin. I was thinking of trying an SSRI again, but I am afraid of the sexual side effects, plus is there an added seizure risk with adding an SSRI with Wellbutrin?

Is there another good med I can add to the Wellbutrin?
