I'm currently taking 20mgs of Marplan/Isocarboxid in the morning
Would it be more effective to take one dose in the morning, and one at miday?
I know 20mgs is not an effective dosage, and I do hope to go up.

How is the sleep? You've been on it how long?

Hey Declan
Good to hear from you> How is the sleep? You've been on it how long?
> DeclanI'm not sleeping great, but I just about OK with sleep
I've been on it since the 6th of this month, so its early days yet, I'm just desperate to get some anxiety relief!

Hi Tom
So you've been on it 11 days or something. And it's supposed, isn't it, to take a while to work, people on Nardil have spoken about the best part of a month. Scott or someone was saying that Marplan was more in the Parnate direction than Nardil (and with a better side effect profile), sooo maybe you need something for the anxiety, but that's not easy in the UK, I know. You have herbalists? I took a good dose of skullcap and zizyphus before I went to bed +2.5mg Valium and slept well. If I couldn't get benzos I'd take herbs, just not ginseng or anything like that.
