Reremeber i said i took 2 mg of Lorazepam and 30mg Restoril at night when i really had a severe insomnia night.
It worked well. Absolute sedation.
Clonazepam 2mg it self is good for sleep, for me, 2 mg of Lorazepam like i said was not for me, by its self it would not make my mind turn off, just ease tension. Clonazepam sort of 'degenerates' the mind at night.
But taken with 30mg of Restoril, you stay in a state of hypnosis but do not get to sleep. It was the worst, i had to wait for one of them to wear, first was Restoril, which was in 3 hours!
I may just stop Restoril, becuase a long time ago i HAD THE MOST SEVERE insomnia you can imagine, i also had to take lorazepam. They are on the psychobabble searcher.
But still Klonopin causes depression, and emotional instability during hte day at times.
Ativan didnt at all.
I guess clonazepam has more direct effects to certain sites in the mind.

Matt, Clonazepam or Klonopin is an anti-seizure med too. You can take up to 20mg for seizures. So it must affect different receptors. Fondly, Phillipa
