Phillippa - How is the Luvox

Posted by Maxime on June 28, 2005, at 19:32:10

Hi

I was just wondering how your trial with Luvox is going. You were at 50 mg before. I am sure you are way beyond that now.

Is it helping?

Maxime. Funny you should ask. I saw her today. I had gone up to l00mg and according to the BP cuff at the gym my pressure was 70/47. The higher I went the lower it got. I alwo fell asleep two nights before the valium with my glasss still on reading in bed. I cut down to 50mg and my pressure was a bit higher. Then i went down to 25mg. Fell asleep but pressure over l00. Then yesterday I find out the cuff was broken. So I said oh well I fell asleep again so I'll leave it at 25mg for now til I see her. Saw her and asked why she only Rx'd 25mg. She said it was because she believed in starting low. Said maybe I was becoming drug sensitive again and only take valium when I need it. It could be depressing me. Also told me I spent too much time on this Board and needed to be with people. Okay you win! Now I have to find my resume. But hopefully I won't be able to find it. I'd never remember back to l985. Fondly Phillipa, PS How's the moving going? You'll keep on posting won't you?

It sounds like you have a good doctor there. I like her. :-) I hope you start to feel better soon and I hope you will be able to take her advice about the valium. But you have been on it for so long it will be hard. But you can do it.

I will be offline from Thursday until I don't know when. The packing is coming along. It will get done.

I'll check the board again tomorrow.

Take care,
Maxime

Well I will access to a computer at work but I don't know if I want to accessing this site from there. I won't have my own with me, because it's a worthless piece of junk and too expensive to ship out!

So if you don't hear from me, you will know why.
