Medication Equivalency Of Trileptal Vs Topamax

Hello there! :-)

I was taking and reponding well to 300mg of Trileptal..But those of you who know from my previous posts I had to stop Trileptal for other reasons...

So my question is, if I was to take Topamax and bearing in my mind I do well on very small doses (ususally worse on higher ones) what would be the equivlent dose of Topamax compared to 300mg of Trileptal roughly speaking?

Would it be 25mg a day or 50mg a day?..approximately speaking of course?
