I really seems to help with my anxiety and slows down my mind where I can finally think straight. I am at 25 mg twice per day. Has anyone been on it for a long time? I want to know if it keeps up its effectiveness. Thanks Michael at SPORTSCARvell@aol.com

I believe that Seroquel does not generally "poop out" like antidepressants sometimes do. I've been on it for about 6 months(which isn't that long, I know) and have not noticed any lessening of its effects.

This has been my impression as well. I know someone who has gleaned an antidepressant effect from it for over two years.
Good luck.

I took seroquel for 2 years , 2000-2002. In all that time Seroquel never stop working.
I restarted Seroquel a couple of months ago, in order to help Nardil to combat my horrible Social Phobia.
Hope this helps!
