I can't decide whether to stick to 300mg or move up to 600mg. Any comments?

I take 450mg... 150 in the a.m. and 300 in the p.m., but manic tendencies aren't the problem so much for me as depression.

I was only on 300mg when I was on the Cymbalta alone, but after I added the Wellbutrin, I felt the need to bump it up a little.
