Ive been on it for a few weeks. Only on 75mg but going up to 150mg soon. So far havent noticed anything with my OCD but thats probably because its such a low dose Im on and the fact it takes antidepressants so long to work on OCD.
My Psychatrist tells me its the best drug for OCD and I have read from many sources that say the same thing. That is of course, if you can tollerate the side effects which im finding a bit hard to tollerate but im trying to put up with them. The SSRI's never really did anything for my OCD.
also have you tried CBT?
