hi guys.
i am hoping someone can help me with this. This is my last day of topamax and I am preparing to go on the atkins diet but as it is not recommended on topamax because of the kidney stones, can i start on the diet straight away or would it be better to wait the 4-5 days for it to clear out of my system? Maybe i am just being extra paranoid. I had some beginnings of kidney stones before and i am just being extra cautious. any ideas would be welcomed.

You may want to call you pharmacist, but I think the topamax will be out of your system in a few days. I just talked to my pharmacist last week about it, and she said around three or four days and it should be gone. -L
