hey! Weirdly enough, antipsychotics can sometimes make you, well, psychotic. Its rare, but it happens. Kind of like antidepressants sometimes worsening depression. Anyway, I'm not a big fan of the antipsychotics myself, new or old; I think they're damaging.

Jeroen, Are your eyes still blinking? Are you wearing sunglasses? Are you still on Seroquel, and is it helping you now after the first 5 days? How much are you taking? Fondly, Phillipa

If you didn't have a Rx how did you get the seroquel to take 400mg? and experience all the side effects you mentioned. How often do you see your pdoc? Fondly, Phillipa

Zyprexa gave me serious paranoid delusions. I started thinking that the doctor really thought that I was crazy / psychotic / whatever and had only used the "augmenting the AD's effect" as an excuse to get me to start taking an antipsychotic and was trying to turn me into a zombie.

Rather scary thing and convinced me never to take APs again, no matter what the doctors say.
