Hi,
which of you did not respond to lithium before your blood level was 0.4 or higher? This is when used as an augmentor in unipolar or bipolar II.
Thank you!/Mattias

Hey Mattias,
It took 900 mgs of lithium (0.6) to respond with 200 of imipramine. Now just 450 mgs of lithium (< 0.4) works with zoloft 100 mgs. Hope this helped.

Interesting that you take it with zoloft, i also take lithium with zoloft(+remeron+clonazepam) 50mg. I take 600mg of lithium and i've done so for three weeks, my blood level is only 0.2. I've tried higher doses of zoloft but not with lithium. Anyway, i think it's time to raise to 900mg, but i wonder if it will push the blood level high enough...
Kind regards,
Mattias
