The short story is that Mom started using amitriptyline and then nortriptyline 15 years ago (why is the long story,but nothing other than mild depression. I wish I had paid better attention to this long of a time period.) So, she complains to her doc of memory problems and he switches her to Paxil. Can there be withdrawl sypmtoms when changing from a tricyclic to an SSRI so quickly with no tapering?

Actually, it was celexa and then she became more agitated and then a week later it was paxil.
