I have been on lexapro for about 3 years now. I am on 10mg. It has helped greatly to even out my emotions, but physically I am LAZY, and my sleep habits are crazy. I am wanting to get a good pattern going on, so I thought about taking Altovis early in the morning so I can stay out of bed during the day and get to sleep at night hopefully. Is it safe to take Altovis with Lex? Altovis has Green tea leaf extract which provides 100mg of caffeine, Cordyceps extract (mycelium)??, Eleutherococcus senticosus/Panax ginseng, Vinpocetine, Octacosanol.
Has anyone tried this stuff?? Does it work??
If the main energy booster is caffeine, It wont work for me because I drink 10 cans of pepsi a day.

I can't help you with the Altovis, but I am also on Lex 30mg for 2 months now and I feel very lazy and lack energy. However, my unipolar depression has greatly lifted, although I am already starting to feel the depression creeping back. If you have been on Lex for 3 years and still feel the lack of energy, then I will probably have the same problem, hopefully not. Good luck to the both of us.
