Its sometiems ok, but other times i get soo off balance, feel like if i dont keep my head pointed staight up, i will, just, like ill puke. Ive tooken over the counter motion sickness meds, such as dramitrine, but doesnt help with the lightheadedness.

Has anyone else felt this?

Wellbutrin made me extremely dizzy, lightheaded, and uncoordinated, and that is why I stopped it. Many others on this board have had a similar reaction.

I've been dizzy since starting antidepressant and mood stablizer medication, period. I take lexapro and trileptal (and now wellbutrin, but it's only been a week), and if I put my head down and then lift it up, or if I try to spin around with my kids, forget it. I have to grab hold of something or I will definitely fall over. I also feel like puking. How lovely!

That sounds like orthostatic hypotension, a common side effect with many AD's.
