>Yes & No. All depends on who you are (YMMW). Remeron is the strongest antihistamine around, stronger than all the TCA's & AP drugs, so you may get some additive sedation. I'm not sure if this combo would slow your respiration, need to hear that info from someone who is more informed.

I have been on this combo for 2 yrs. I take 15mg. remeron & 1mg. klonopin daily. 1/2 mg.in a.m. & 1/2mg. with my remeron at bedtime.
