Is anyone else out there on this combination? I'm on 10 mg lexapro and 50 mg trazadone, both taken at bedtime. I started feeling better immediatly, but in the 7 days on it, I've gained 7 pounds!!! I'm very groggy when I wake up and my hands and feet are swollen from water retention. I was way overweight to start with, but this is rather ridiculous.

It it happened that fast it could be just water retention. I have the same problem if I up my Remeron, instant 8 pounds in water weight. I would call your doctor. Good luck to you, I know how frustrating it can be.
