What I did was wrong and I know it. Last night, I got really really really drunk. I do not remember how much i drank. Then i took 2 YELLOW bars (XANAX). I only slept 4 hours and now I feel like HELL BEYOND BELEIF. I know, I know... thats what I get. But man.. my mind is so in a different world. I cant think clear.. I cant see good... What should I do? I cant go back to sleep :( Cuz its hard for me to sleep... should i take some vitamins? What will help get thid xanax the hell out of my system? Man, what a mistake i made. I will never touch that crap again. Strong stuff!!! my god. Please, what should i do.

It's the alcohol that's the poison, man! You can thin paint with it, power a car with it, and it burns when you put it on a wound! It causes cirrhosis, nutritional deficiencies, neurotoxicity leading to Korsikov's dementia, and a laundry list of other problems ...
That said, do not mix benzos with alcohol unless you are prepared for this sort of effect. Had you taken the xanax alone, the worst that could happen would be sleep. Hell, you could take a bottle of xanax and the worst that would could happen is sleep. The only way to kill a lab rat with Xanax is to bury it alive in it.
What you're experiencing is a hangover under the influence of xanax. Just drink a lot of water (slowly, to avoid nausea), feed yourself, take some vitamins, and vow to stick to safer drugs, such as xanax and marijuana. ;)
More good news: Xanax doesn't persist very long in the body, so it should be out of your system within 8 hours.

I agree with what the chairman has said above: The only toxin in your system right now is the acetaldehyde from alcohol degradation. Alcohol is toxic stuff!
Benzos, on the other hand, are not very toxic at all unless, of course, they are combined with alcohol or other sedatives.
So, remember, the toxic feeling you have right now is an alcohol hangover. It likely has nothing to do with the Xanax. And yes, the Xanax will be out of your system very shortly.
You'll be fine, just take it easy on the alcohol!

Drink more alchohol, if you are in a very bad way. Only a small amount, but a little will help taper you from the severe side effects of what you have taken.

i slept it all off. I must have slept 20 hours. Xanax is so powerful when taken with alcohol. It felt so good when i was on it but the after effect was way too strong. Never Again.

It's a good thing that he's still alive after all that. .but I strongly disagree with the implications that imbibing a whole bottle of Xanax is harmless. In a pig's eye, it is! Then why are there instructions on every alprazolam website about overdosage?
Also, what's this stuff about drinking a little MORE alcohol, like an antidote? Could you explain how doing so would reduce the toxicity?
I've never heard of such a thing and I wasn't born yesterday either!
Yes, alcohol can be deadly in and of itself, benzos can induce respiratory failure in excessive quantities, and the combination can be deadly.
This is NOT just a matter of having a nasty hangover!

I agree with Cubbybear....very much. I saw a healthy liver recently and then one from someone who drank heavily........stay away from alcohol if you want to live to a healthy old age. And for God's sake, don't take Xanax if you do drink. That is courting disaster.

I know, I'm such an idiot. I cannot even remember anything that I did! It completely wiped my memory. Friends are telling me what I did and I cannot beleive it. Xanax+alcohol= HELL

In my experience, xanax is the most amnesic of all the benzodiazepines. My memory worked better on phenobarbital.
