In all seriousness, there's a movement afoot where people are trashing their PCs, cell phones, PDAs and the like, and returning to communication technology of the 70s.
These folks are not necessarily addicted. They just feel overwhelmed and alienated by these new forms of communciation. As Kurt Vonnegut once replied when asked why he didn't use e-mail, "You can learn a lot standing in line at the post office."

I miss the times when I didn't know anything about meds and I just took what my psychiatrist told me to take !!! Life was easier under certain respects, I had existential problems, maybe psychological problems, but I didn't have troubles in looking for what receptor to target !
