Abot a week or so ago, someone posted information related to an article on Chewing Gum and its effect on Serotonin. Can someone direct me to this thread? I was talking to my doctor and he was interested. I would like to find the journal article or reference.
Thanks.

yeah, that was me.
I heard it on the news as well as a few other places.
Some suggest the effect is due to the connection between the food intake system and serotonin, Ie jaw movment might signal the brain to say it's eating.
But other studies suggest that it may instead be due to its ability to stimulate blood flow to the brain.
