day 3 - 18mg woke 8:30am - tired but not as tired as yesterday
I think tiredness due to w/d from dex and not parnate
mood not improved - missed work
totally unmotivated
late evening mood feels slightly better.day 2 - didn't make work - felt tired all day. mood not good!
day 1 - my pdoc started me on 10mg/day first week then 20mg/day. i have not read about a starting dose this low?

Patience, dear. Everyone starts at 10mg and it takes a while for the stuff to kick in. Not to worry, okay? Just give it time.
