i'd guess that abilify is the best for ADHD + psychosis ....

perhaps something that really strongly binds to D2 but not to D4, or alpha receptors?

anyways i switched from zyprexa to abilify and it was a bit difference

What dosage of Zyprexa is your son on? My son is on 20 mg daily and it is working for him. It takes 5-6 weeks to really start working. He is also taking 75mg Zoloft for anxiety. So far this combo works fine. Go back to Zyprexa if you can and be patient it took a bigger amt. for my son because he is young and very active. Patience and the right medications will work, believe it. Please reply to this message if you have any more questions. Regards Dan
