I've been on it a little while, so I can't give you much - but here's my experience so far. I'm using it for GAD/Atypical Depression/OCD/Social Phobia

Titrated up to 60 mg fairly quickly, and within about 1-2 weeks of being on 60 mg I felt somewhat more comfortable socially, and a bit less depressed - there were no further gains however, even after being on 60 mg for a total of around 8 weeks. It's been one week since I've been on 75 mg and I do believe I'm starting to already see SOME benefits - the fog is clearing a bit, if you know what I mean. But I doubt I'll get the full effects for atleast another month, hopefully I'll get the brilliant response that so many Nardil-takers describe.

Side effects - 45 mg - Mild sedation for about a week, then none.

60 mg - Occasional sedation/fatigue, nothing else.

75 mg - Mild nausea the first few days, Increased hunger/carb craving, and insomnia to an extreme degree. Insomnia is so far the only side effect that has bothered me. I have to heavily drug myself to get to sleep. With no sleeping aids or anything, I get anywhere from 0-4 hours of sleep. Suprisingly, I'm not always tired the next day though, it is as if the nardil is decreasing my need for sleep. It still sucks though. When I do get a full night's sleep, I'm usually fatigued, so it is quite odd. Very little, if any, sexual difficulties yet though! So that is cool!
