Hi, Have been on 150 mg. trazadone for 6 years. I take so many meds, I asked about quitting one and Dr. said I could try, if I wanted. I am trying to quit trazadone. Went down 50 mg. every month. Did not have any problems with the med while on it but I am having problems stopping and wonder if it is necessary to stop anyway. I am down to 50mg. now but a basket case. Don't sleep, very nervous and jumpy. Restless leg syndrome, big time, day and night. It was originally prescribed for sleep along with ambien. Anyone else have these problems with stopping the trazadone? Would like to hear about it. Thanks.
