Question..............

Posted by galkeepinon on August 28, 2003, at 23:26:47

Has anyone ever gotten a headache when taking in 'Sweet N Low' while on any of these meds? I ask because I had an iced tea tonight and put 1 packet of the stuff in my iced tea and have a really bad headache, this has happened every time I drink iced tea with Sweet N Low in it-but not when I drink a Diet Coke. Is that weird? Has anyone experienced this? I guess I know now not to put Sweet N Low in my iced tea, but want to know if anyone gets headaches from it or it may mean me or whatever????
Thanks:-)

Hi,

Is Sweet N Low the same thing as aspartame? I don't think it is, but that stuff (aspartame) gives me a ripping headache whenever I have it- on or off meds.

I'm like Budgie, nutrasweet gives me an awful headache. Can't do diet drinks and the like. Sweet 'n Low is saccharin - I think. But many chemicals give people headaches, ie: MSG. So, I would think that could be the culprit.

Thanks you 2:-)
