I have been on 12 days of 75mg of effexor XR, I am shakey, disconnected, insomniac and increased anxiety. I am needing a xanax every night to sleep. How long did this last for you that are taking it? It is miserable and I want to quit. I am not on any other meds and I have mild dysthymia and GAD/OCD.
PLEASE tell me this gets better! ACK!

Hi,
I was on 75mg for 2 weeks and now have been on 150mg for 1week, the side affects have nearly gone except the imsomnia. This is something that I have not taken anything for yet but it becoming a bit of a problem. I have a prescription to fill out but i'm just holding out taking another med just yet. Figure its got to get better soon.
