There have been several studies that show that stimulants ie ritalin and dexedrine, increase serotonin. Because increases in serotonin alleviate ocd, it seems logical that they would be beneficial for ocd.
I noticed a few posts that people with ocd use ritalin or dex. to alleviate their symptoms
I have not personally tried dex. or ritalin but i find that ephedrine ( another stim) completely alleviates my ocd symptoms. Any experiences?
