CLA and cortisol

Posted by linkadge on August 7, 2003, at 19:20:35

I hear everywhere that CLA is suposed to reduce cortisol synthesis, but was wondering if there exist any studies to back this up.

Does anyone have any links, or has anyone seen any studies.

THanks
