i was using 5 for 2 weeks or so and then went to 10 mg, now feel anzious, jittery
sometimes need to take valium to calm down
how long should i tolerate this, should i up my dose or dercrese it
am also taking depakote 500-1000/mg/day

I know this may be a bit of a pain but you might get a pill cutter and try 7.5mg for a week or so. My pdoc's motto: "start low and go slow".

I would stick to the 10 - you have already been on it a week. The side effects will go away in a couple of weeks.
